Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
Section titled “1. Acceptance”By installing or using Ganglia (“the Software”), you agree to these terms.
2. License
Section titled “2. License”We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ganglia according to your purchased tier (Free, Pro, or Team). License keys are per-user and may not be shared.
3. Free Tier
Section titled “3. Free Tier”The free tier provides access to core graph tools with no time limit. No credit card is required.
4. Paid Tiers
Section titled “4. Paid Tiers”Pro and Team plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact hi@ganglia.dev within 7 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
Section titled “5. Acceptable Use”You may not use Ganglia to analyze codebases you do not own or have permission to access. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Software.
6. Availability
Section titled “6. Availability”We target 99% uptime for the API but make no guarantees. The MCP binary runs locally — your workflow is not dependent on our servers.
7. Data
Section titled “7. Data”See our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data: your email and usage statistics. We do not sell your data.
8. Termination
Section titled “8. Termination”We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account by emailing hi@ganglia.dev.
9. Liability
Section titled “9. Liability”The Software is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from its use.
